2. Resale Restriction: Products may be resold freely, except on Takealot or Amazon — those two platforms require written permission.
3. No Implied Warranties or Returns: No warranties, guarantees, or return privileges are implied beyond what is explicitly stated on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
4. Jurisdiction: All legal matters are subject to South African law, under the Western Cape.
5. Dispute Resolution: We encourage parties to seek amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

Payment

Bargain Breeze operates as a cashless wholesale business. Orders must be fully paid before packing or dispatch begins. Accepted payment methods: EFT (Bank Transfer) and PayFast (Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT). We do not accept cash, COD, or split/lay-by payments.
