We ship exclusively within South Africa to business customers.

• Courier Partner: The Courier Guy (or equivalent reputable courier)
• Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days depending on location
• Stock: All items are held in Cape Town; we do not dropship
• Pickup: Not available (Service Area Business model)
• Tracking: Provided upon courier handover

Delivery Options

• PUDO Locker: R49–R167. Secure automated collection points. Enter locker name/location at checkout. Courier Guy sends PIN for collection. Collection window: 36 hours.
• Kiosk Delivery: R65–R187. Via Courier Guy's network of kiosks at retailers/service centres.
• Door Delivery: R90–R300. To a physical address during courier business hours.

Surcharge Areas

Plots, farms, and hospitals: R276 surcharge. Areas requiring extra protocols (e.g., Blue Downs, Soweto): R80 surcharge. Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg. Surcharges are not auto-calculated; you will be contacted after payment if applicable.
