Delivery Methods
PUDO Locker
PUDO Lockers are secure, automated collection points located at stores, petrol stations, and shopping centers across South Africa. During checkout, you must enter the locker name and location details where you want your parcel delivered. When your parcel arrives, The Courier Guy will send you a PIN that you can use to collect your package.
Door Delivery
Parcel delivery is made directly to the physical address you provide at checkout during courier business hours.
Kiosk Delivery
Kiosk Delivery uses The Courier Guy's network of kiosks. These are secure collection points located at participating retailers and service centers across South Africa. These kiosks offer convenient collection during regular business hours. You'll receive notifications when your parcel arrives and can collect using your unique collection reference provided by The Courier Guy.

Important Surcharges and Delivery Setup Process
Please note the following surcharges may apply:
- Plots, farms, hospital delivery: R276 surcharge applies.
- Areas requiring additional courier protocols: R80 surcharge. Examples: Blue Downs (Cape Town), Soweto (Johannesburg), and similar areas.
- Maximum parcel weight is 20kg per parcel, including packaging. Oversized parcels may require alternative arrangements.
These surcharges cannot be calculated automatically at checkout because delivery addresses are reviewed after payment. If your delivery address requires additional fees, we will contact you promptly to discuss options such as selecting a nearby PUDO Locker or delivering to an alternative address.
How PUDO Locker & Kiosk Delivery Works
- Enter locker details at checkout with exact name and address.
- Receive notifications when your parcel arrives.
- Get your PIN from The Courier Guy when ready for collection.
- Collect anytime using your PIN at the locker touchscreen.
- Collection window is 36 hours from notification.

Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation from our Cape Town warehouse.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location across South Africa. The closer you are to Cape Town, the quicker your delivery will be — sometimes within 24 hours. The further away, the longer it will take. The Courier Guy is one of the fastest courier services available, so your package is in excellent hands.
- Total Time: From order to delivery: 4–7 business days total.
Packaging Information
As a business-to-business wholesale supplier, Bargain Breeze packages orders for volume and protection rather than retail presentation or unboxing experience. Products are often bundled together and wrapped securely. Packaging is designed to protect your order during transit and handling, not to provide retail-style aesthetics.
