- Marketing materials and public announcements
- The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Shipping Policies
Records Held by Bargain Breeze (Request Required)
- Statutory Records: CIPC registration and tax compliance
- Financial Records: Annual financial statements, invoices, and banking records
- Customer Data: Transaction history and delivery details (managed in compliance with POPIA)
Procedure to Request Access
- Complete Form 2 (Request for Access to Record), available on the Information Regulator's website
- Submit the form to [email protected]
- Pay the prescribed request fee (if applicable)
